Princeton Lakes is located in the heart of East Cobb County, about 20 miles north of downtown Atlanta. The first of the 229 homes in our neighborhood were built in the late 70's and early 80's.  Residents of Princeton Lakes enjoy many amenities, both within our subdivision and in the surrounding community.
 
We are a great family neighborhood in attendance zones of some Georgia's highest performing public schools: Mt. Bethel Elementary, Dickerson Middle and Walton High. Most residents make frequent use of our amenities, such as our beautiful pool, four tennis courts, clubhouse, playground, and play field which are situated on the banks of the two lakes (which are stocked with fish) in the center of our neighborhood.  We have an active social aspect to our neighborhood which enables residents to really get to know each other and form lifelong friendships.
 
Our extensive social calendar includes family and adult events throughout the year. We celebrate summer weekends with weekly pool-side "TGIF" events, an Annual Pig Roast, Easter Egg Hunt, and our children enjoy cookies with Santa each Christmas. We look forward to other events that have become Princeton Lakes traditions throughout the year such as our annual family Halloween Parade, adult Halloween party, Guy's Poker nights, Girl's Night Outs, and 4th of July Parade and Picnic. There are also multiple clubs in which residents may participate, such as book clubs and a babysitting co-op.  We also sponsor a very active children's Swim Team - the Princeton Lakes Piranhas.  

 

 

 

 

Within a mile of our neighborhood are many great stores - many within walking distance.  Starbucks, CVS, Home Depot, Michaels, Target, Kohls, Old Navy, Pet Smart, Chick-Fil-A, Publix, Whole Foods, L.A. Fitness, Trader Joes, the Post Office, medical clinics, multiple movie theaters, Chipotle, Wendy's, banks, Sprouts, The Avenue at East Cobb, NAPA Auto Parts, and J Christophers.  There are also great national recreation areas nearby along the Chattahoochee River, two YMCA locations, local parks, and two riding stables.
